The volleyball players of Dinamo Moscow will represent the Moscow team in the framework of the I All-Russian Spartakiad between the subjects of the Russian Federation among the strongest athletes of 2022. In addition to our team, 7 other teams will take part in the competition – Kaliningrad Region, St. Petersburg, Saratov Region, Sirius Federal Territory, Sverdlovsk Region, the Republic of Tatarstan and Tula Region.
First, eight participants will play in one round according to the tour system (1st round, 3 matches for each team in Tula and Kaliningrad; 2nd round, 4 matches in Moscow and Odintsovo). Then the strongest two teams on August 27 in Moscow at the Dinamo volleyball arena on Kozhina Street will challenge for gold, and the participants from the third and fourth places will also compete for bronze awards here.
The first three matches of the preliminary stage of the Moscow national team will be held in Kaliningrad on August 17-19, and the next four matches will be held in Moscow on August 22-25.
According to the rules of the Spartakiad, legionnaires do not take part in competitions. The Moscow team will be made up of 13 Russian Dinamo volleyball players.
