Russia’s Dinamo MOSCOW avenged their 2-3 loss from earlier this season to rout Germany’s champions DRESDNER SC in three straight sets (25-17, 25-21, 25-18) to finish atop the tables in Pool C of the 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women, waiting now for the Drawing of Lots coming up tomorrow at 11:30 CET that will determine the pairings for the Playoffs 12.

Russia’s Dinamo MOSCOW cemented their leadership in Pool C of the 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women by cruising on Tuesday to their third victory in the competition. They did so by edging Finland’s rookies LP SALO in four sets (25-16, 18-25, 25-21, 25-20) as they were cheered on by some 1,400 fans at Druzhba sports hall.

The 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League - Women first-timers LP SALO showed that they really belong to this top league. 11-time European Cup holders Dinamo MOSCOW were shaken hard during their visit to Finland on Tuesday, but finally all three points went to Russia after a 1:3 (25-23, 16-25, 22-25, 16-25) loss for the home heroines.

Russia’s Dinamo MOSCOW got back on track after their setback two weeks ago in Germany by recording a 3:1 home victory (22-25, 25-21, 25-15, 25-19) over Italy’s Unendo Yamamay BUSTO ARSIZIO in the second round of action for Pool C of the 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women.

Dresden, Germany, November 12, 2014. Though it was only the first night of action in the 2015 edition of the CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women, Wednesday provided Volleyball fans with a couple of real sensations, including the amazing 3:2 home victory claimed by Germany’s champions DRESDNER SC in their match with Russia’s giant Dinamo MOSCOW (22-25, 23-25, 25-19, 25-20, 18-16). After 131 minutes of real drama and coming back from two sets down, the home heroines sealed their victory at Margon Arena with an ace by their American middle blocker Cursty Jackson, one of the latest additions to their roster.

Luxembourg, Luxembourg, June 2, 2014. The European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) has confirmed the list of 28 men’s and 20 women’s team which will take part in the 2015 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League. Four clubs received wild cards for the men’s edition and one received this honor on the ladies’ side. The Drawing of Lots for the League Round will take place on June 27 in Vienna at the annual European Volleyball Gala co-hosted by the Austrian Volleyball Federation and the CEV.

In the "gold match" which was held in Odintsovo Dinamo KAZAN won Dinamo MOSCOW and became the champion of Russia.

Dinamo (Moscow) won the second away game of the semifinal series with Omichka 3:0. Thus, Dinamo need only one victory to get to the Superleague's final.

First match in Omsk finished with the score 3:0. Omichka was beaten by our team. Dinamo MOSCOW leads in series 1:0.

In the second game which was held in Moscow in Sports palace "Druzhba" muscovites also beat Zarechie-Odintsovo in four sets.

In the first away play-off game Dinamo MOSCOW won Zarechie-Odintsovo in three sets (25:18, 25:16, 25:22).

In the final match our girls beat Dinamo Kazan in four sets and won Russian Cup for the third time.

In away match against Uralocka-NTMK our girls lost in four sets (25:17, 19:25, 22:25, 22:25).

To mutual agreement Svetlana Ilic leaved the position of Dinamo MOSCOW head coach. The new head coach became Leonid Zayko.

Moscow, Russia, January 15, 2014. The much anticipated Russian derby in the Playoffs 12 of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women ended with Dinamo KAZAN scoring a 3:1 away victory over Dinamo MOSCOW (25-21, 25-21, 18-25, and 25-16).

In the home match against Ufimochka, Dinamo MOSCOW won 3:1.

Piacenza, Italy, December 17, 2013. Italy’s champions RebecchiNMeccanica PIACENZA completed their duties in the prelims of the 2014 CEV DenizBank Volleyball Champions League – Women with a superb performance whereby they edged Dinamo MOSCOW of Russia 3:1 (25-21, 25-23, 18-25, and 25-18) to claim first place in Pool B and get a better draw for the start of the Playoffs 12. This was the fifth straight victory for the Italian rookies in the competition after they had started their campaign in late October losing their away game with Dinamo.

“We are going to be very motivated for this game with Dinamo and we want to play much better than we have done in the last matches we have played in the national league as well as in the CEV Volleyball Champions League,” says home mentor Ratko Pavlicevic. “We will use this match as an opportunity to lay the foundations for strong performances in the near future.”
