Today marks the 18th anniversary of the revival of our club!
On May 12, 2004, the Dinamo women's volleyball club (Moscow) was recreated by the efforts of the public-state association VFSO "Dinamo", MGO OGO VFSO "Dinamo" and ROO "Dinamo-24" and in the same season became the silver medalist of the Russian Championship and the finalist of the National Cup.
Further — more. Over these 18 years, our club has won many impressive victories and collected a scattering of awards, including 17 medals of the Russian Championship (7 gold, 9 silver, 1 bronze), four Cups of Russia, two Super Cups of the country and two silver Champions League.
We congratulate our loyal fans, players, coaching staff, team management, club veterans! We thank our founders: the Central Council of Dinamo, the Moscow city organization Dinamo, Dinamo-24, as well as our partners.
Last season, we got out of the Champions League's "group of death" from the first place to the quarterfinals and had a good chance to get even further, if not for the discriminatory suspension of Russian clubs from European competitions.
In the championship and the Cup of Russia, we became bronze medalists. During the season, our team overcame the loss of players due to injuries, rebuilt, became more united and played, fought and did everything to please with their game.
We will continue to fight on sports grounds and defend the Dinamo colors with dignity. We are members of the united Dinamofamily!
